We provide IT support and project related services to business and education customers.

As an IT Support/Installation Engineer you will be responsible for providing key technical support to customers, and troubleshooting their IT issues. You will work closely with our account managers to help manage the customer sites. We have a vacancy to fill, which requires fluent French and German and will involve some European travel, to support a very well-known global brand.

To be considered for this role, you should have a good understanding of:

  • Experience of Office 365

  • Networking (Routing and Switching)

  • Microsoft Desktop and Server Technologies

  • Virtualization technologies

You must have a valid and clean driving license, and the ability to pass a DBS check as you will be working with sensitive data.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, in English and French. German would be a bonus.
