Our client is looking to recruit a full-time or Part time Office Administrator in Basingstoke.

The role involves:

Answering the phone
Assisting with facilities issues
Arranging appointments and interviews
Data Entry

Requirement and Attributes:

Administrator - Glasgow

Title: Administrator
Location: Glasgow
Salary: £17,000 - £22,000 per annum

General admin;
Raising sales invoices;
Dealing with customer queries.
The role also entails assigning jobs, scheduling the workload and dealing with any queries from our suppliers.

Requirement and Attributes:

Must be confident handling enquiries
Great communication skills, both verbal and written
A 'can do' attitude
Willing to learn and take instruction
The desire to prove yourself in order to progress
