Our client, a Chartered Financial Planning Company are currently looking to recruit an IFA Paraplanner/Administrator who fits well within the culture of the business and can assist them in delivering their high-level services as the business continues to grow.

Key duties:

Working closely with the advisory team, administering both new and existing business, ensuring compliance and process procedures are followed
Maintaining accuracy of client information and assisting with the on-going management of the client relationship
Interacting with clients in an efficient and professional manner
Research and analysis, compiling reports
Requirements:

Previous experience as an IFA, an IFA paraplanner or administrator
Knowledge of FCA rules relating to the financial advice process
An interest in financial services particularly pensions and investments
Computer literate with a practical grasp of technical issues and have the ability to deliver high-quality work to deadline
Ideally level 4 qualified or working towards CII qualifications or if past financial services experience have a commitment to work towards CII qualifications
Salary and bonus dependent on experience and qualifications
