Answering phones, transferring calls or taking calls
Meeting and greeting clients
Setting up meeting rooms
Preparing refreshments
Ordering stationery
Ensuring that the office runs smoothly

Requirement and Attributes:

Great communication skills, both verbal and written
A 'can do' attitude
Willing to learn and take instruction
The desire to prove yourself in order to progress
