Our client is looking to recruit a full-time or Part time Office Administrator in Glasgow.

Joining the material and planning team you will be working with Microsoft office packages to produce reports for managers, general admin, logging of materials and planning information along with general admin duties.

Role and Responsibilities

Provide first-line support to all recruitment enquires, internally and externally
Interact with hiring managers, colleagues and candidates daily
Keeping policies and procedures up to date
Monitoring holidays, absence and lieu time
Arranging board meetings
